Dollarium is an independent catalog and collection-management service for collectors of fashion and collectible dolls.

Dollarium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or otherwise officially connected with Integrity Toys, Defa Lucy, GMColl Studio, COTERIE, ARGIGI, Atomic Lab, or any of their respective owners, manufacturers, distributors, licensors, designers, or representatives.

Dollarium is not an official store or authorized dealer for any of the brands represented in the catalog. Products displayed on Dollarium are not sold by Dollarium.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

All third-party trademarks, brand names, logos, product names, character names, doll designs, sculpts, packaging, promotional materials, photographs, artwork, product descriptions, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

This includes, without limitation, materials relating to:

Catalog Images and Product Information

Dollarium is intended as a reference and collection-management resource for collectors.

Catalog information may be compiled from publicly accessible manufacturer pages, product listings, official brand channels, archival materials, independent collector resources, and other publicly available reference sources.

Where available, Dollarium preserves or displays a source reference for catalog information and imagery.

Third-party photographs and promotional images may be displayed for the purpose of identifying and documenting the products represented in the catalog. Images may be resized, compressed, converted to web formats, or otherwise technically processed for presentation on the service. Such processing does not constitute a claim of authorship or ownership by Dollarium.

Dollarium does not represent that public availability of a photograph, product page, or other material places that material in the public domain or transfers any intellectual-property rights to Dollarium.

No Endorsement or Commercial Association

The appearance of a brand name, trademark, photograph, product name, source reference, or other third-party material on Dollarium must not be interpreted as indicating a partnership, licensing arrangement, sponsorship, approval, endorsement, or other commercial relationship between Dollarium and the applicable rights holder or source website.

Dollarium exists independently as a catalog and personal collection-management service.

User-Submitted Content

Registered users may upload their own photographs and other content to personal collection entries or user-created doll records.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the rights, permission, or other appropriate authority necessary to upload and display content they submit to Dollarium.

Dollarium does not claim ownership of photographs or other original content uploaded by users.

By submitting content to the service, users permit Dollarium to store, process, resize, technically reproduce, and display that content only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the relevant Dollarium features.

If user-submitted content infringes the rights of another person or organization, it may be reviewed, restricted, or removed in accordance with the rights-holder procedure below.

Rights Holder Requests and Notice & Takedown

Dollarium respects the intellectual-property rights of manufacturers, photographers, artists, designers, licensors, source publishers, and other rights holders.

If you are a rights holder, or an authorized representative of a rights holder, and believe that photographs or other protected material appearing on Dollarium should be removed, credited differently, corrected, or otherwise reviewed, please contact us.

A formal legal notice is not required for an initial request.

Please provide enough information for us to identify and evaluate the material concerned, preferably including:

your name and, where applicable, the organization you represent;
the work, photograph, trademark, or other material concerned;
the Dollarium page or pages where the material appears;
a brief description of your relationship to the relevant rights;
the action you are requesting;
a contact email address.

We may request reasonable additional information where necessary to verify that a request is being made by the rights holder or an authorized representative.

Upon receiving a sufficiently identified rights-holder request, Dollarium will promptly review the request and, where appropriate, may correct attribution, modify the relevant material, restrict access to it, or remove it from the service.

Dollarium aims to handle legitimate rights-holder requests cooperatively and as quickly as reasonably practicable.
